Hi Everyone,

I am brand-spanking new to this type of thing...so forgive my gaffes.  I became interested in manga and anime back in the year
2004 or '05--. I work at a day job to pay the bills and being an artist I am really visually-oriented to everything around me.
So as I was putting up the day's shipment of magazines I came across "Beckett's Anime and Manga" magazine (now it is defunct--
it was a great magazine !).  On the cover was Sephiroth and Cloud Strife---well, the long and short of it was I couldn't take my eyes off
these two fellas.  I kept going back to the magazine during the course of the week to stare at the cover and such....then looked inside
and I fell madly in love with the Japanese art and was very curious about the manga/anime "FullMetal Alchemist"  ...I couldn't understand
why a Japanese boy would have blond hair....one thing lead to another and I purchased the "Final Fantasy" dvd and read the series of
FMA at the local library and it just turned into this monster snowball thang....before I knew I was at Amazon purchasing books and stuff
and just turned into this manga and anime whore....then I discovered yaoi.   I thought I was really a perv ---thinking it was strictly just
for gay guys then to my shocked surprise I learned it was written mainly by women (or author/artists who want to remain non-gender
specific)----what the hook was for me was the fine art and care that went into this and also my secret fetish for porn.  Man, isn't that just
awlful ?  I never told anyone--I thought , "damn I am really a weirdo".....so now I am just a devoted rabid fan of yaoi manga and anime
and yes, I still love FMA.  I am very serious about it.  So serious I would love to study the art of manga and yaoi and get into animation
and even 3-D exploration.  well, any way thanks for taking time to read this and hope to talk /write to whomever cares to send me a
